| The Kashmiri Pandit Sabha Panchkula was founded in 1991. Initially there happens to be Kashmiri Sahayak Sabha, Chandigarh and Kashmiri families from Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali & other places in close vicinity of Chandigarh happened to be the member of this sabha. However in 1991 the need to have separate sabha in Panchkula was felt keeping in view the increasing number of members specially after migration of kashmiri pandit families from Kashmir. The sabha have its office bearers who got elected by the elections. The sabha do believe in democracy and each and every member of the sabha do have right to present his/her views. | |||||||||||||

We at Kashmiri Pandit Sabha do organize social & cultural programs to let the world know about kasmiries, Kashmiriat & Kashmiri culture which has suffered a lot by the cruel hands of terrorism. The whole world is now understanding & accepting this fact that survivor of mandkind is not possible without complete removal of terrorist from the earth. We do believe in discussing problems of common interest and take steps to represent, wherever necessary, the interests of its members in particular and the kashmiri pandit community in general |

| OUR TARGETS & ACHIEVEMENTS | |||||||||||||
The Kashmiri Pandit Sabha Panchkula have set some targets and achieved few of them and will remain struggling to achieve those targets for the benefits of kashmiri pandit community. 1. We have got around 200 life members in sabha which is a biggest achievement we have. bringing such a number of member on one platform democratically is a real achievement for KPS & we are proud to be of this achievement. 2. KPS—Panchkula successfully got registered 107 families as Migrant Families in Panchkula and those families got the certificate in this regard from District Administration. KPS had applied for 125 out of which 107 got the required certificates and case of balance families are still pending and probabely they too will get the said certificate in near future. 3. KPS—Panchkula is trying its best to have a KASHMIR BHAVAN in Panchkula. The talks in this connections are going on with district administration & Hon’able Chief Minister—Haryana. With the grace & blessings of Jagatamba, we may get the plot for the same. 4. To promote Kashmiri Language among the children of the community and encourage them for speaking also in Kashmiri. |
